I called for having my dryer vent cleaned. This guy sounded great at first. Wait it gets even better. I explained to him the problem and he said fine we can do it. At first he said he'll clean the vent from the inside of the house, if we need to I'll clean the outside, but most of the time it's not necessary. He cleaned from the inside, however if you look from ground level you can still see dirt, lent, etc.. Basically he didn't finish the job.

I tried calling him to contact him, after numerous times of receiving the voice mail I finally spoke with Mr.John Rouse and explained to him that the job was not finished. He said that they don't clean from the outside and also they don't have ladders to reach the second level of a townhome. How ridiculous is this. A company who does vent cleaning, but don't have a ladder in their trucks, not only having ladders in trucks, they don't own a ladder.

Please shop elsewhere, stay way from these people.
