I and my wife bought the timeshare vacation package on March and wanted to cancel the memberships. They took 10% of our money which is $3000. We wanted to cancel and refund our money back because we never used any of their stuff. But they said we supposed to cancel within 5 days after contract. Is there anyone have that kind of situation and got their money back? please let us know! thank you
