I had put a down payment on the Royal Villas project in Bangalore and as per the contract if no construction were to start they would refund the money; I requested a refund in July 208 and have sent 3 letters - they have not sent anything- this smells bad. They have to be brought to legal action. Are people considering a class action law suit; is the media in India notified?
