For our daughters Sweet Sixteen we registered with Royal Tuxedo for tux rentals. However, we regret ever having done business with Royal Tuxedo. To help our Guys who were standing in the Sweet Sixteen we paid half the cost of the Tuxedo Rentals. The whole outfits were a disaster. We selected the Zoot Suit Tuxedo and they all should have been wearing the same color and style. However, we had different hats, different shoes, chains, some with feathers some without etc. We tried contacting the Owner Kent Cohee and he returned our call. Claimed we would be compensated for all the mix up and the money we spent on photos that were taken of the guys and tuxedos but never heard from him after that phone call and never responded to our letters or phone calls. Better Business Bureau also got involved and had a hard time reaching him and went in hiding. So, be wear of doing any kind of Business with this Company. They have stores in Austin, Laredo, San Marcos and San Antonio.
