I have been a customer of RPGSHOW for several years and I did not want to believe some of the complaints that I was seeing on this site and others about them being deceptive. I was listed as their highest customer - VIP DIAMOND. I placed an order in March 2011 for a lace front wig (custom) and due to the fact that I was WHAT THEY CONSIDERED A VIP-DIAMOND CUSTOMER I was to receive a FREE ROTATING BRUSH/FLAT IRON like the ones you see on tv. I received my unit on 4/5/2011, which I did not care for the air, LOOKED LIKE DOLL HAIR. But I did not receive the rotating flat iron brush as stated and ordered. I sent them emails which were clearly ignored and not responded to. BUT prior to me ordering any unit, I would always send an email on the hair, etc. and a response was always SENT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. No response from them after a couple emails lets me know they don't care about you as a customer. Also, I had noticed that their prices went WAY UP but the quality went down. I believe this company is only in business to scam customers. Please do not use this company until they decide they meet the standards as a United States company. I knew that I was ordering oversees, but I could not afford the prices in the US. I also noticed that they list different numbers for their business lately which I find odd as well.
