RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. How is it legal for these collection agencys to randomly call innocent people. I am on a do not call list but that doesn't stop them. I hope this complaint helps
