R.T. Services has made a billing error in the amount of $22.69 and refuses to correct it. R.T. says I owe them for trash removal for June and July 2007. I have provided documented proof that they did not service my residence and that I used another provider during that time.

They insist I owe them and have sent this to a collection agency. The collection agency has now threatened to garnish my wages for a service R.T. Services did not provide to me. I do not owe this money, they did not provide service.

My neighbour has identified to me additional unethical practices performed by this company, that as of now I choose to ignore. I just want them to quit harassing me over $22.69, I do not owe.
