I have tried numerous times to find replacement latches for the SnapTopper storage containers. If you use the website customer service form, no one ever responds. If you call customer service no one answers. That is no way to run a company.

I cannot find any where to buy the parts. I love the containers but would never buy them again because of the lousy customer service.

I will not buy any more Rubbermaid products until I can get some replacements. I will start using other brands.
