I bought Uggs from them too. When they came, they were definately fake ones. I have tried to email, call and fax as well. No response. I filed a report with the bBB in California. I hope that something happens. I have returned the boots to them with proof of return and still have not been credited. I will be contacting my bank next to guarantee my money back since it was on a credit card...
