Criminal! This is a company as shady as they come. They quoted a specific amount on the phone. The technician showed up, went to work and was through the lock in 15 seconds (was not a big job). I was told that the lock was a high security lock and they charged me double. As a firemen for the last 23 years, I know a little something about locks and getting through them...they flat out lied and took advantage about the situation. Criminal. Literally, criminal. I never share info like this, but I feel that strongly that anyone would be ill-advised to use this company.
