I have the same problems with Ryan Jackson I can never get help and I called several times and was told on my last call I made that because I purchased the $49 start up kit I was not ellagible for support and that they would not help. then I was told by them to contact my mentor Colby Seal who said he wasn't my mentor but would try to help and ALL i got was the runaround now I can't even find them on line none of the links for Ryanjackson'saws2.0membersarea link will work none of the links in the so called hand book work. then I was told in order for me to get a refund I must go threw the whole process of setting up a website I told them I did and he said what is the url so I gave it to him www.bobcatsebooksite.com and he said it came back page not found so I asked a friend to look it up and she had no problem connecting but the website was still under construction but she had no problem linking to it. now it's like ryan jackson has fallin off the face of the earth.I am going to file a class action law suit if you want in please email me at [email protected] with a discription of the problems you are having with the ryan jackson program if you have e-mails, reciepts or any documentation you may want to print them out and put in a secure location for further use later. personal note to Ryan Jackson Shame on you
