AS MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 20 JUNE 2011, IN THIS REGARD I APPROACH WITH BSNL JHANSI OFFICE WITH SDO MR GUPTA 9415134000 on 20/6 reminder 23/6, 5/7 8/7 but no body approach, then with Mr. Kongari ji DO phones with same dates, then also with DGM on 08072011, but there is no response, i would like to disconnect my phone/ withdrawls . because no body is caring for the same, i am a journalist in profession. 0510-2320045
