My parents flew down to George on 20/07/08 on SAA1511, all luggage arrived except one. I spoke to the lady in charge (Sohara), she took my details down as well as my address so the bag when arriving on the next flight can be delivered later during the evening, which did not happen.Today we are 21/07/08 and the bag is still not in George. At 12h00 I spoke to Sohara and she told me that they have weight problems on the flights in Johannesburg, I feel this is unacceptable and frankly not my problem, and the people who arrived yesterday like my parents, should have got their luggage already especially that they were all checked in together.

I am very disappointed in SAA...
