wrongfully charged

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was wrongly charged of CAD$ 1.32 to my Canadian Master Card, Acct.# 5446-1221-0437-8008. I did not know the company name and address. I did not get involved with them in any way. I did not give them my credit card informations or agreed with them on anything. I think I am a victim of fraud abuse...even for this small amount of money. Please look after my case and give me a charge back to my Master Card account.

charging my debit card for $38.72

I recieved a call from the fraud dept of my bank alerting me to a charge on my debit card that didn't make sense for $38.72 from Safedebits.com. I cannot find them on the internet and tried calling them on a 800 # that went to a unrelated company. I am filling out a affidavit hoping that I can get my money back. please advise me as to what I can do to prevent this from happening again,
