In July my bank statement showed a withdrawal for safeID which I did not authorize. I called and told it was because I had applied for a loan, which I did not qualify for, but this fee was built in anyway. I received a cancellation number and told it would not happen again. On August first, again my bank statement showed another withdrawal, I called and told the same thing. I have two cancellation numbers. How do I stop them from doing this too me again. I believe I have lost the money.
