I have already made one complaint, I called safeidsupp.com back today to see about my refund and they said I would have to contact this site. I told them that I already had and they just said we don't have a record of that and you have to contact this website. I did not even get a loan from this company, they charged me $31.85 and I also got a charge of $26.00 for overdraft fee from my credit union. I want the initial charge of $31.85 and $26.00 overdraft fee. I will not let this go until I get my refund.
