Fraud charge

My Credit Card has been charged numerous times for about $38.00 by Safelock over the last several months. I have no idea who they are or what they charged me for. Very seldom is anyone available. I placed a stop on the credit card and reversed the charged. Shortly thereafter I again started receiving charges on my new credit card. I repeated the process.

Scam company through Google

These people contacted me after I went to Google make money site, I contacted Google and told them not to withdraw any money from my account. Their promo said shipping charge for disk only. Safelock charged my account $38.84 the 1st week in June. I called and told them I didnt want their service and wanted my money back. The phone person gave me a confirmation number and said it would be refunded in 5 to 6 days.
One week later no refund, I call 1 (877) 583-6029 and get message to try again later. They pulled up stakes and hauled ass, can't get anyone to respond.
