Wow, where to start with this company. I ordered several items from their website. The main two items concerned are 1 x pair of pants & 1 x T-Shirt. All the equipment i purchased was all Flame Resistant for High Voltage switching purposes. Now in everything i buy from day to day i am a 36 x 34.
I also purchased a pair of jeans from them and they fitted perfectly. The pants, same size would not fit. Keeping in mind i paid postage on all these items to have them shipped originally. To return them i had to wait 3 days for someone to issue me a RA# then i had to pay the postage to return them. I then was told i would have to go up one size to a 38x34 and i would have to pay the postage yet again!! Now i paid $45 for these pants originally, they charged me a $9 restocking fee when crediting my card. As some items were shipped from different locations they arrived at different times. The expensive shirt turned up with a 1/4 inch hole in the front of it. I had to ask for a RA# yet again and pay the postage yet again. I am waiting to see if i get charged a re-stocking fee on the shirt.
Do not deal with them, i have asked for support and further refunds with no reply. They were very quick to take my money. It has cost me in excess of almost $50 just be mucked around with. DO NOT USE!
