I went to Neighborhood Safeway store this evening. I approached a woman, named "Lizzy" who works at the customer service desk and asked "Do you have crab today?", She looked to me as if she didn't want to deal with me. May be because I am a foreigner who don't speak English well. She responded me "what do you want?" my God, you don't tell a customer what do I want? I didn't say that. I repeated again " do you have crab?" Then she said " I don't understand what you said. You should tell me " I beg your pardon, could you please repeat what you said to me" instead. I was already irritated her attitude toward me. I was almost said that if you don't know what is crab, then you shouldn't work here. I replied her " Crab, crab to eat, it's a seafood". She said "did you look the seafood corner?" "yes of course I did" "go to another store in Albany" I was shocked her attitude and nasty customer service and I just left there. The reason I went Safeway is because my co-worker told me that she got a fresh crab last weekend that made me want some crab tonight. No I don't bother to go Safeway go other stores. The woman pisses me off.
