I booked ticket for Tirupati package tour dated 11.05.2007 in SAGAR travells.seat numbers were 25 and 26 and amount were charged is Rs1700.but on the date of journey i found that my seat(26&26)were given to some one else already.When i questioned about this, i was given an option to get down the bus at outskirts (apprx 6 kilometers)from the boarding stop.and when i requested my money back, they told IT WILL NOT BE GIVEN AND GO TO ANY CONSUMER COURT YOU WANT.i request you to understand the time, money, energy and one day leave i lost because of this (SAGAR TRAVELLS) travels.
