I was reached by Sahara care to get NRI parents who live in India EMergency Insurance. I had for few years and one last Emergecy hospitalization bills were not paid as of today. Prior to admitting them I got verbal approval from Meena Rawal and Ms. Nair from Delhi Sahara Care office. They promised me that they will reimburse but first want me to pay. It is a large amount of bill cost me Rs 1.5-2 laks and Sahara never reimbursed after repeated calls, written emails and submission of all the original bills. I have all the proof with dates, evidences, communications and bills. I want to sue the Saharacare for cheating, mis presentation, unethical business and unfaithful to NRI customers
