While attempting to buy my second car from Maruti I was subjected to cheap antics by the dealer, Sai Service, Edapally, Cochin, Kerala. They had promised in writing that the car shall be delivered within 25 days of my booking. On the specified date, I was told that there is a car available. But after taking the DD and reaching their location, they informed that car shall be provided only if I buy other accessories(Alloy Wheels, Keyless entry etc.) from them. This was not acceptable for me and they have now mentioned that I will have to wait 3-4 months more unless I buy accessories from them. This is unacceptable and I was forced to cancel the booking. The people I interacted with are Aneesh (Team Leader) and Wilson(Manager).
