eBay customer service staff hangs up on you, they give you misinformation which you are responsible for, they refuse to give their ID # so they mistreat you as much as they want. Their staff refuses to transfer you to supervisors if they have a problem. Their Customer Service don't care how they treat the public, they can be rude, they can hang up on you, and they can give you misinformation and there isn't a thing you can do about it because eBay doesn't care. They are BBB members with means even though have a huge amount of complaints and almost 150 unanswered they can treat people how they want. On the other hand they can require you to be on your best behavior when handling clients. They can have the buyers rip the sellers apart but they are protected unless you can prove something serious. eBay has a general lack of respect for sellers and customer support can abuse them anyway they think fit.
