Paid for an item, waited 1 week without any information as to when it will be posted, even email that you send them are ignored.
Made a complaint with paypal after emailing the seller without any reply and within minutes of the dispute they posted that it had been dispatched today, 1 week after paying for it.
No tracking number so i can trace if it has been sent, i advise anyone who is thinking of dealing with this company DONT and if you decide that you will then always pay by paypal, any problems then the buyer can do a charge back.
The after sales correspondence by this company is pathetic and leaves a lot to be desired.
