On Jan 4th, I took my car (2001 Chrysler Sebring convertable) in for repairs. Each time you press the horn, the radio would go louder; I was also getting a rough ride and was told that the cost to fix and/or repair would be $2, 125.00. I was asked to pay a deposit of $1, 000.00, and I did that on Jan.5th. I received my car back on the 18th of Jan. It was still riding rough. I took it back to the dealer on Feb.13th, to be told that I would have to pay another $2, 100.00 because the ball joints were bad. When I took the car in, I told them the problem that I was having and told them to fix it. I did not give them a price range. They said that they changed the computer on the horn. I took the car back to them for the horn twice and aas of today when you press the horn the radio goes louder. I need my car fixed and I refuse to pay twice for one time service. Can you help me get results on this complaint?
