This Bank of Deleware offers credit cards to people that have bad credit and then closes the account and then charges late fees, ongoing monthly fees, online payment fees and the list goes on. I think all of us who were affected by this should get together and file a class action lawsuit in a federal court. We may be able to recoup some of our money and maybe additional money for the aggrivation.
