I purchased an engine approximately on the above date, they took the money out of my account and delivered it approximately a week later. When arrived it was damaged. I phoned to complain they put £100 back in my account to buy damaged parts to which I did. Fitted the engine lasted 3 days then ceased up. After continuous phone calls (43 in all) they kept telling me they would send a replacement engine and after 10 weeks of chasing the replacement engine they finally delivered a second engine which was also found to be damaged and beyond repair. Despite further phone calls and promises that they will refund the full amount originally paid, as of to date I am still waiting. Since Monday 13th July I have tried to phone but the line is now dead. I was quite prepared to receive a substitue engine but I now know that this was never going to be the case. I have lost the money and now have a vehicle that is stuck in a garage which is about to start charging me storage fees until it is removed and the labour paid for.
