I had ordered one outfit from this company in October, it took them 3 weeks before they told me that the fabric I had chosen was out of stock (although they had advertised it as ready to ship on their site). They then requested I choose an alternative product and issued me a 10% discount. I chose another product from their site...a week later they told me that it too was no longer in production (then why is it on your site!?) I yet again was requested to choose another product, which I did since I knew how troublesome it would be to try and get a refund from them. Yet AGAIN they emailed me a week later saying it was no longer in production. I finally decided to cancel my order and request a full refund in October. It is now November and they still have not refunded me anything or even sent me an email on the status of my order. I have persistently been emailing them weekly since October requesting for more information and when and how I will receive my refund, yet the customer reps keep giving me excuses (festival season in India was used, really?) and then telling me that I will receive my refund within a week. It has now been 3 weeks. I will keep badgering them until I get my money back, but this was the WORST and time wasting ordeal I have had to go through buying a single outfit. Horrible company that is entirely happy with lying and cheating their customers.
