subject:The agent is using the service of Booking ticket employee in railway in wrong manner

Recently we came to know this travel about ticket reservation point of view.This travel agent person is misusing the service of train ticket issuing person in Visakhapatam.Recently I booked ticket along with my friend at that time we got waiting list something 30 and 32 after some days my friend has got confiramtion but I didn't get confirmation after making enquiry about problem I came to know that my friend has approached this Travels person and he charged 200/- for confirmation view.Most of the times he can confirmed any ticket oneday before the journey or even that day only. After making serious enquiry about this process we came to know that one of the IRCTC person who is working as ticket issuing depratment who is helping to this person in this process.Please look into this matter and save the public money.If you have any doubt about the matter just dial to this below number and ask him about ticket reservation for any train definitely you will get confirmation after charging 200/- for each one
