Faulty
I purchased this T.V. June 2010, three months later it went haywire. It was past the 60 days to return for a full refund. Lucky I took out the extended warranty. The set literally would lower the volume and turn itself off. After a second or two back on or before it turned itself off, the menu would pop up.. Under manufacturer warranty, I spent TWO hours on the phone with a tech in Thailand or someplace in that region walking me through a process to try and fix it. After no avail, they contacted a service in my area. They knew exactly what the problem was and order the part. The entire process was a week. Well, as of July 3, 2011, its doing the same exact thing. Now the extended warranty kicked in, service contacted me on July 5th, part has to be ordered. This product suck and I don't advise anyone to buy it. It looks great and thats it. Under the store No Lemon Policy, if a covered product requires more than three repairs with the same problem, they replace it. Well, this is two.
