A couple weeks ago I went to HHGREGG and bought a new TV and a washing/drying mashine. I spent over $4, 000. The TV we took with us but they said they could deliver the drying and washing machine during the next 2 days. We ordered the pedistools, as well. . Then, when they finally came the pedistool was cracked. I called and they said that they would replace them. Its been 2 weeks since I bought the machines and I've called about 6 times. Everytime I called to complain they say they're sorry.Every time they say they going to be there i would have to leave my job so i can be home.And so about 4 times.I am very disapoint of HHGREGG service...will never shop again !!!
