I bought a samsung corbyB3210 Julie 2010.End of November 2010 the phone didn't want to recharge so I send it in for repair a Foshini Knysna.When I got the phone back The people did repair the problem that the phonne didn't want to charge but they also UPGRADE the phones SOFTWARE I dikdn't give permition to do that now I got more Problems.If someone phone the number the phone vibrate and the phone goes dead and restart its self.I cannot set the arlam it get stuck and then restart it self.My question that i want to know because know one is phoning me back from the call centre to give me a answer.
Who is to Blame for a 4 months old phone for so many problems because a phone that is 4 months old is like a new phone.What can i do to get answers because know one is phoning back with any answers.
Do i got the right to claim on a new cellphone or WHAT.PLEASE HELP ME WITH A ANSWER OR GIVE ME A NUMBER THAT SOMEONE WILL HELP ME.I spent a lot of many on phone calls to get a answer.PLEASe.
