I bought this phone on sunday 02/28/10 on friday 03/05/10 when I when to make a call the phone when into this loop I could not shut off I took battery out put back on it keeps doing samething ok I call the same store they say oh ser you talk more than an hr so all we can do is send it out to be fix I tell them I buy it on sunday phone clearly is not working and not my fualt I tell them Im not asking for different ohone all I want is the same phone I spent over 300 doolars I think I should get replacement I eaven told them how importance of having this phone is for me is the only phome I have my mother is 90 she hasalcimer and other problems my self have health problem too we need a phone nope so i got angry told the the are la leagle thieves I feel they stolen my money and remember me luis for I will contac samsung and news media plus I m going to make my onw t shirt of metro pcs telling the world how they will they rob your money
