omg! i just spent nearly an HOUR on the phone with SAMSUNG, the maker of my cell phone, trying to find out how to use the speakerphone feature!!! ...when the first TWO morons couldn't answer my question, they told me my phone doesn't have that feature!!! ...when i told them i KNOW FOR A FACT it does, they shoved me off on someone else...FINALLY i spoke to a 'TECH SUPERVISOR' who didn't know how to turn the feature on either!!!...i finally hung up in disgust and figured it out by trial and error! everyone there was rude and stupid and totally incompetent...
millions of smart, hard working people unemployed in this country, and jobs are going to MORONS!!!
i will never purchase a SAMSUNG product again, EVER...
