Sir,
this is to inform you that two three months back i bought a Samsung Corby 5650 set and 30 days back it gave charging fault and then i went to Samsung care center(Haldwani) Uttarakhand and submitted there my set and they assured me that with in 7 days i will get my set back but till date i have not received my set as they are saying that it will some more days. Actually according to them they have placed a new charging plate and then also they r not able to rectify the problem. Frankly sir i m very much frustated with them. Moreover it is hampering my work. And sir now i have totally become hopeless and i am going to sue a case against them.
