sir i have putchased the samsung mobile E2130 on 11/08/2010. The mobile is in warranty of 1 year. but software problem is arrising continuously three to four times in it. samsung service centre department told me that this problem is can't be rectified. it will be arrising many a times more in future. so i said for the replacement of the said. they said me yes. but more than a month has passed no sollution is given by them. sir please respond to my request immediately. its my humble request to you to solve my problem immediately my exams are approaching. so sir please.
