I have purchased a Samsung Window A/c On 29th April, and on 10th April, it started making a huge noise, I registered a complaint on Samsung service center on 11th may and till today (14th April 2007) until 7:00 pm no one has come to attend the complaint. Where as while purchasing samsung dealer and service center claimed that they will resolve the issue within 4 hrs to 24 hrs max.

Every day i am calling the service center and they always assured that they are sending a person for repair. But practically no one has come for repairing.
