We have 42" DLP HD TV from Samsung. It is about 3 years old. Now, it has nothing but white pixels all over the screen and we cannot watch TV. I have filed a compalaint with Trenton NJ Better Business Bureau as Samsung North American Headquaters in located in Ridgefield Park, NJ. I have not heared anything from both organizations. Samsung Technial Support wanted us to pay $135 even to look at the set and determine whether it is covered or not. They also told my wife, that this model is on their defective list fixed.
