I bought a phone at Sam's on 5/30/09 the sales agent stated I could bring the phone back in 30 days for a full refund. I decided to take the phone back and get another phone with more options. Sam's stated that Kiosks has moved from the store and the phones were now being sold by Sam's and they would not let me return the phone. They sent me to radio shack who would not return the phone either. Basically, I am stuck with a phone and 2 year warranty and none of the companies will honor the agreement to return the phone within 30 days.
