I purchased a front loading samsung washer and dryer in December from lowes and by may 25 th the washer has already stopped working. First the door locked and wouldn't unlock so my laundry was stuck and soured. Now it is completely unusable and it has been 30 days and 2 unsuccessful service calls with no good replacement parts. I have made numerous calls and spoke with floor supervisors and i get the same story that all the proper paper work must be filled out to get me a replacement washer and then i am still not guaranteed a replacement because they may not approve it!!! I have been going to the laundry mat for a month with 10 + loads a week and it is getting costly and samsung could care less. I am really at my wits end.
