My daughter has had a tmobile samsung gravity phone for less than 8 months and it will no longer charge. It is not a battery issue. If she holds the phone charger cord at a specific angle it will charge. Tmobile customer service said this is because the phone has been damaged by my daughter!! Ok I could see a cracked screen, but an internal part of the phone is ridiculous. A cord is plugged in and pulled out. It is that simple. And if after 7 months of this it has moved inside, then the phone is obviously a piece of junk. I can not believe that they will not offer to fix this. Tmobile has the worst customer service!! Don't ever sign a contract, they will have you trapped for the next 2 years!!! The only reason we stay with them is becasue they are cheap. You can now also include dishonest theives in their description!!!
