Poor Quality
I bought my 50" Samsung television in November of 2007. After 2 years my lamp went bad and so with my warranty I had the ballast, lamp, and color wheel changed. Thinking that I shouldnt have a problem after that seeing s how the lamps are suppose to last a few years, did not extend my warranty. Now after 1 year the lamp blew again and they said there must be something else wrong with the television that keeps making the lamp blow. Well I already had a bunch of things replaced a year ago, so I don't really understand why I have to pay to get my television fixed when there seems to be a default in the product or just manufacture low quality products. They don't seem to care what so ever about my complaint and my satisfaction. Now I would like everyone to know that they have poor quality and poor customer support and do not purchase a samsung tv unless you want to fix it every year or two, nickle and diming you after you spend thousands of dollars on their product thinking it was going to be of excellent quality.
