I purchased the TV at a grand opening of Circuit City on Crosskeys Rd. Sicklerville, NJ. There was such confusion with the TV to begin with being given the wrong tv at first then finally getting it right to only find out that the TV's picture was so lousy. It is called pixalting (it looks like small tiles every time there is movement of the picture). Samsung has already replaced the mother board by the first repair man, then the same repair man came out twice and said to me "There is nothing wrong with your tv if you want a better picture buy a smaller tv" and walked out without even trying to fix it. Circuit City had someone come out he said yes there is definetly something wrong with the tv but sorry you didn't purchase the extended warranty. SORRY for selling me a defective tv I guess. I have called SAMSUNG so many times and faxed my complaint numerous times along with the reciept as they have requested and havn't had a response at all.
