My husband and I have the samsung impression. My sister and her husband has the samsung impression. We all had to send our phones back because the touch screen would get stuck, our phone numbers would get mixed with someone else number. People were texting and calling our phones tells us we called them. We all got our phones at our local phone company in Laurens, SC. I called the manager of the phone company and she told me that they just sold the phones and we would have to call samsung. They sent our phones back to samsung but we are still having the problem. I feel our local company has let us down because they are not backing the product they have in their store. I'm disappointed in samsung because I know there has been other complaints with this particular phone.
