I bought A samsung ml 1665 printer one month ago, It says on the technical specs on their website that the starter cartridge will print 700 pages. I have only printed 418 pages and I am already out of toner. Its not like I have been printing pages upon pages of pictures, In fact 100 of those pages were simply printing envelope addresses. I contacted Samsung customer service and everyone basically said they couldn't help me. they couldn't ship me another toner cartridge to cover me and they couldn't even offer me a discount on a new cartridge!! So now one month later I have to go to the store and purchase another toner cartridge which costs more than the printer itself. And not only that, they have put a chip on the toner cartridge which prevents you being able to refill the cartridge at a refill store! So not only do they rip you off, they are causing huge amounts of waste.
