I purchase samsung LCD Model # (943BWX) moniter MADE IN MALAYSIA from Malaysia, i came back pakistan i use LCD moniter for only 5 months after this period my LCD is not working because it has no display shows but power supply light indicate that the electrcity power is there but no display.i was visit your service center at SHAHRA-E-FAISAL KARACHI PAKISTAN, they take my last LCD and told me that we will tell you the problem, but after 2 months i again visit your service center for my LCD they told me that your VGA card is not working in PAKISTAN we have no parts or VGA card for this LCD, please tell what can i do i am very upset about all this. if u have this type of service in karachi pakistan then your company has lost the customers in this country so try to understand my matter and solve my problem i m very thankfull to you.
