The convection fans stopped working within 3 months. Waiting for over 3 weeks for parts that were supposed be a rush order.

Now the stove takes 30 minutes to get up to temperature and then fluctuates up to 100 degrees. I used the steam clean feature and small pieces of metal are falling off the oven walls. I will see what happens when I use the self-clean feature.

Samsung keeps telling me to call Sears, and the Sears repair tells me they can't get the parts from Samsung.
