San Diego Resale Group contacted me to sell my Timeshare in Mexico. I paid a Mexican tax of $3080 and and excrow fee of $1890. Both were wired directly the bank in Mexico. They sent me a notirized letter that all taxes and fees would be reimbursed and included in the purchase funds to me wired to my bank.
It has be over 2 weeks and I can not reach them by phone or email. They are not responding.
