I took my expedition in for some warranty work. My husband picked it up and came straight to my work to takeme to lunch. I noticed that there was a dent and paint scratch on passenger side fender by door. When you opened the door the metal scraped together. I called Sam Galloway ford service and explained what happened they said bring it in we will look at it but doubted it happenend there. Only 45 minutes had elapsed from ppoint of pick up and taking back. They said they would take care of it. They had my vehicle a week, every day saying it is being repaired. After a week they called and said it will cost 600.00 to fix and they will not pay for the whole thing since did not happen on their property as good faith they will pay 300.00 stating not their fault. What it took them a week to screw me even more.
