At SanDisk's tech support person's suggestion I returned the Cruzer Micro2s to the store and asked the clerk at Office Depot to help me find ones that weren't "smart" so my network computer would work with them. We couldn't find any SanDisk ones, so I had to purchase another brand that I hadn't heard of before. The new ones worked perfectly. Since so many people do purchase flashdrives to use on network computers SanDisk should warn people on the label that they may not work on networks or at least have the decency to give directions on how to delete the U3 portion so they have a fighting chance at getting the thing to work. Mine still didn't work due to power problems (the light kept fading after I removed the U3 portion according to your tech support's directions). Anyway it is cinch I won't be buying anymore SanDisk products anytime soon. My company charges $100 an hour for my time to our client and SanDisk's product wasted 1.5 hours of my work day.
